HOW DO I USE THE COMPLETE FACE REJUVENATION BUNDLE?
Morning Time:
Step 1: Wash your face and pat dry.
Step 2: Apply the Vitamin C Serum.
Step 3: Apply Eye Serum around the eye area only.
Step 4: Apply the Anti Wrinkle Face Cream after steps above.
Night Time:
Step 1: Wash your face and pat dry.
Step 2: Apply the Retinol Serum.
Step 3: Apply Eye Serum around the eye area only.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

I DON’T KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH!
If your order has gone through you will receive a email confirmation with your order number, once you receive this your order is being processed.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order have been processed and dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a email letting you know the order has left the warehouse and we will provide you with your tracking number in the email.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?
We are sorry to hear this. Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
We cannot cancel orders once they have been processed by our shipping team, so please be sure to review your order before you confirm your purchase!

WHAT IF I PUT THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If the shipping address is incorrect you need to email us within 30 minutes of placing the order. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.
If your order was dispatched to incorrect address as entered in your details, we will need to wait until the order is returned to us before we can process a replacement. We cannot guarantee a return will be received due to local postal procedures.Please note: Your shipping address must be entered in English.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Send us an enquiry via our contact HERE So our customer service team can help you as fast as possible, please include your order number, your full name, shipping address and reason for return/refund.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned at the buyers cost. The products must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns/refund on orders that have been used/opened due to hygiene reasons.Please note: ViolaSkin does not refund shipping charges for returned packages.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND CUSTOM CHARGES?
If you are located outside of the United Kingdom, you may receive duty charges upon import. Violaskin has no control over these charges - it is entirely up to the local government / border security and customs office.
If you refuse to pay the additional fees at the time of delivery, then your shipment will be returned to us. At that point in time, Violaskin agrees to refund your purchase cost (minus shipping cost to and from your country).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL TAX & DUTIES ON MY ORDER?
If you refuse to pay tax & duties applied to your order, Fedex will attempt to return your order to ViolaSkin. If successful, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt however the cost of return shipping (to and from your country) will be deducted from your refund amount. If you have opened the package then we cannot process a refund.
